French Beans (फ्रेंच बीन्स)

Grown and flourish in our very own Model Farm, Green beans are rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene, an antioxidant that gives fruits and vegetables their color. It helps fight inflammation and is a good source of folate and potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure. It is low in fat, high in fiber, protein, iron, potassium, and magnesium. French beans have a grassy, vegetal flavor well suited for lightly cooked preparations. The beans cook quickly due to their slender nature and can be sautéed, blanched, boiled, roasted, or stir-fried.
