Kindly note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Unexpected delay is a possibility due to a high volume of orders or shipping service problems that are outside of our control.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer ₹25 flat rate shipping to Lakhimpur-Kheri City for orders valued under ₹125.
For orders ₹125 and over shipping is free.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders ₹125 and over within Lakhimpur-Kheri City area. For orders under ₹125, we charge ₹25 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
In-store pickup is not available.
International Shipping
International Shipping is not available.
Your order may be subject to certain duties and taxes, which are incurred during your transaction with us. Yellow & Greens is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Additional Clause:
Kindly note that for orders less than ₹125, a shipping charge of ₹25 (flat rate) will apply. For orders of ₹125 and above, there will be no shipping charges at all. Currently, all our doorstep delivery services will be provided only within the Lakhimpur City area (PIN: 262701). All orders received on or before 10:00 AM on all calendar days will be attempted to be delivered on or before 9:00 PM on the same day. All orders received after 10:00 AM on all calendar days will be attempted to be delivered on or before 9:00 AM on the next day. Please note that pre-planned and pre-confirmed delivery services may be postponed, delayed, or cancelled due to acts of God, natural disasters, man-made events, and other such force majeure reasons beyond the control of Yellow & Greens.
