Grown carefully in a less-chemicalized way in our Model Farm and by some of our Y&G Farmers, Green Chillies have Iron, Potassium, Capsaicin, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, & Vitamin B Complex. Green chillies can improve digestion and well-known for its pain-relieving effects. Capsaicin in these green chillies consists of thermogenic effects that increase the metabolism. This compound can lessen blood pressure levels and also lower cholesterol levels. In doing so, it also lowers the chances of heart conditions. Green chillies contain antibacterial properties that shield the body against various infections like colon infections and even athlete’s foot. Use them in Pickles and Chutneys, Include in Salads and veggies dishes to enjoy well.
